Lawyer Borchert has to solve the mysterious death of a family man: What initially looks like a tragic traffic accident turns out to be an unusual murder case. Everything points to the wife as the perpetrator, until the eldest foster son makes a surprising confession to exonerate his foster mother. Borchert finds the solution somewhere else entirely.
